These daysTell me why it is that  people are settling so readily  these days.  One opportunity marks the finish line and the hunt just   stops.  Right there.  That's where he finished

Tribute to Eos...And I think I find paradise  
so early in the morning  when grasses stretch over the hillside  and blossoms yawn, the cock's crow pausing  long enough to absorb the dew   
I feel the chill behind me, but Eos,  Titan Goddess, Mother of the Winds,  She kisses both cheeks, a greeting  that leaves my fingertips smelling of Oceanus;  home   
A car slowly tugs at the silence,  the mountainside--and there goes that symphony  of roosters again, squaking out a tribute to the day:  She has come, She has come! She has lit the world!  I exhale

Today is Boss' Day.

Don't know who the fuck thought up that one, but I guess the people making less money do need a day to give more of it to the people making more money above them.

Our boss isn't even here, so they just started telling everyone next-in-line-for-power "Happy Boss's Day :D!" I'm fairly sure they're just elaborating the totem pole by whoever has the most control over the money.

1. Boss
2. Office Manager
3. Controller (no idea why he even has a position on here)
4. Boss's Mother (her job consists of opening mail)
5. Plant Manager (why is he beneath our accountant? Again, no idea)
6. Purchasing
7. Sales
8. Accounting
9. Secretaries
10. Department Heads (they only make sure the actual products are properly manufactured, so clearly they don't have any real significance in this line)
11. Me
12. Temps Hired To Fold T-Shirts
13. People Who Seal Parts In Plastic Bags
14. Cleaning Lady
15. The Kind Of Slow Guy Who Mows The Lawn

So technically I have about fifty people to kill/sign cards for.
